This is the quiet book that I made for my granddaughter. It was a lot of work but fun to do. When I gave it to her I learned that she was not ready for some of the pages. Her favorite page is the tithing page. She loves to take the coins out of the back page and then put them in the bank on the front page. She also likes the family tree page because there are pictures of her family in all the windows. The backpack page is also one that she liked because there was a pen and notebook for her to draw in.

Everybody that sees this book is AMAZED that my mom made it! Ally loves it too-mostly she just plays the the "Grover Money".
This book is absolutely beautiful. What a talent you have. We made some yesterday at Super Saturday and it took forever and is no where near finished yet.
I am looking for some ideas for the tithing page and stumbled on your blog.
Thanks.
If you have any ideas please post on my blog - the quiet book is on 11/1/2008 post.

What a cool book Kim! I totally want to make Lincoln one like this when he gets bigger. Did you use a pattern or did you do this all yourself? It's darling!
